User management is used to maintain and manage account information, supporting retrieval by conditions, and adding and editing user information.

Page Description
- Query conditions: Role, username keyword, name keyword, phone number keyword.
- List fields: Username, real name, WeChat nickname, phone number, receive alerts, receive method, user role, creator, creation time.
- Operations: Edit (supports updating user information and alert receiving settings).
