Important Notes

If the original SIM card in the device has been deactivated, the after-sales team will send a brand-new SIM card after renewal. Please remove the old card from the device and replace it with the new one.
The SIM card slot is usually located next to the antenna. When installing, make sure the card is inserted in the correct orientation — do not insert it backwards, otherwise the device will fail to recognize the card and cannot connect to the network.
This device's SIM card is bound to one device per card. Cross-device sharing or lending is strictly prohibited — this is a mandatory policy by China Mobile. Inserting another device's SIM card into this unit, or using this card in another device, will lock the card. You will need to contact customer service for a replacement card before the device can be used normally again.
