4G SIM Card Recharge Instructions
Recharge Flow
Log in through the WeChat official account or the app, tap Expand More, then Renew, then Go to Pay. Complete the payment in WeChat to finish the recharge.
Notes
- Recharge within the valid period whenever possible. Recharging after expiration may incur additional fees. (The SIM card expiry date is shown above the Renew button.)
- If recharged within 30 days after expiration, the SIM card is in pre-cancellation status and usually needs 2 working days (excluding holidays) to recover after payment.
- If recharged more than 30 days after expiration, the previous card becomes invalid and a replacement card will need to be sent and installed by yourself.
- The SIM card is bound to one device. Used cards must not be inserted into other devices — doing so will lock the card and require contacting customer service for a replacement card before the device can be used normally again. This is a mandatory policy by China Mobile.
